Our Manufacturing Process:
Our manufacturing processes are also different in order to bring more value to our Customers. We do not use readymade Herb extracts for manufacturing, Instead we carry out fresh extraction of raw Herbs at our manufacturing unit in order to bring freshness into the product. Our Quality process ensures that fresh herbal ingredients are procured from farmers/vendors.
We use advanced technologies in the manufacturing process like Freeze Drying to sublimate the moisture content from herbs, Special Extraction technologies to extract specific phyto component, Inert gas technology to store the herbs and prevent oxidation and airless bottles with advanced technology. Manufacturing facilities are GMP certified & ISO certified; the production processes uphold the highest standards of hygiene, quality & safety.
We have a manufacturing unit in Bangalore & soon we will have two more manufacturing units in central & northern region of India. There are more than 300 distribution centres connected across India. Currently we are planning to export to over 10+ countries such as USA, New Zealand, Russia, South Africa, China, Norway, Hong Kong, France, United Kingdom etc. and have received phenomenal responses for most of the products that we offer.
